At Epomaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your keyboard or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and manuals are included to avoid a restocking fee.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated return warehouse address.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the hardware for any signs of damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
